ART23 merged out of the love for the Arts and the strong personal emotions that it evokes.

The monumental 19th century cotton warehouse our gallery is based in has gone through a massive renovation. Because of its importance to the naval history of the city of Ghent, the warehouse is a State Protected Monument.

​

White walls and concrete floors are used as a canvas to show a seasonal selection of carefully selected works of art. We deal in paintings, drawings, sculptures, modern media art and photography.

​

As curators we want to give the artists the freedom to express their imagination and to play with the space we provide them with. A lot of the pieces that we deal in are specifically created for ART23.

We are open every Saturday and Sunday, from 2 to 5pm.
